What are the shipping charges & time?
Our standard delivery charges are Rs 250 and shipping may take 2-4 days
How is My Order Shipped?
• All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after placement.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next working day (Monday to Friday).
• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.
Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes or riots, security disruptions, political rallies, roadblocks, etc.
Order Dispatch Notification
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email within 2-3 days containing your tracking number, so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.
What If I Haven’t Received My Parcel?
If you haven’t received your parcel within 15 days of placing the order, please contact our customer service team. Sometimes, undelivered parcels may be held at a local sorting office for collection. If not, we will follow up with the courier service and assist in locating your order.
